WAOA response to COVID-19

To our WAOA family

We know that many of you are concerned and anxious about the spread of COVID-19 (Corona virus) and its effects on you and others.  At this stage, WAOA is intending to continue with all our daily activities.

HOWEVER, to do that we ask that you DO NOT come to the Association. We do not want the Association to be forced into shut-down isolation.   Parcels will be posted to you.

All meetings have been cancelled until further notice, including for new members. Please call us if you have any concerns 9272 1833.

If you are having stoma issues and you CAN’T SEE YOUR OWN STN, call us and we will arrange to meet you at the door.

We have been advised that there is no threat to supply of products, so please continue to order what you need, when you need it, giving us those 14 days to have it ready.

The advice to all organisations and individuals in public is to practise good cough /sneeze care and hand hygiene.

We care about all our members, so our staff and volunteers look forward to continuing their normal activities in your service. Help us to help you.
